莲草直胸跳甲化学感受蛋白CSPs的生物信息学分析
Bioinformatic analysis of Agasicles hygrophila CSPs

Abstract
[Objective]Olfaction plays an important role in A gasicles hygrophila specific recognition of host plant A lternan-thera philoxeroides,taking CSPs gene of A.hygrophila as an object to analysis the gene structure and function.[Methods] By means of bioinformatic method,the physicochemical properties,signal peptides,subcellular localizations,transmerbance structures,secondary structures,advanced structures,multiple sequences alignment and phylogenetic trees of A.hygrophi-laCSPs were analysized.[Results]A.hygrophilaCSPs belonged to low molecular weight and soluble proteins,which gener-ally contained signal peptide.The vast majority of the CSPs subcellular localization were secreted proteins,commonly there was no transmembrane structure.Secondary structure of the CSPs were primarily composed of Alpha helix and random coil, and the tertiary structure consisted of two sulfur bonds between two adjacent cysteine residues,all of which maintained a hy-drophobic cavity and hydrophilic surface.Multiple sequences alignment showed that the CSPs were consistent with the con-served domain of insect CSPs.Phylogenetic analysis demonstrated that the CSPs were high homology both in species and in-terspecific crossing.The CSPs contained serine,threonine,tyrosine protein kinase phosphrylation sites;serine,threonine protein kinase glycoslation sites;serine,threonine,alanine protein kinase acetyltion sites.[Conclusion]This study lays a theoretical foundation for further research on the function and molecular mechanism of olfactory coding of A.hygrophila CSPs.It helps to explain the ecological security risks of exotic species as well as the coevolution of insects and plants.关键词
