种肥减量对冬小麦农艺性状、氮磷及籽粒灌浆特性的影响
Reduction of seed fertilizer dosage impacting the grain filling and protein accumulation of winter wheat

Abstract
[Objective]The present study was aimed to determine the feasibility of reducing the seed fertilizer dosage on the winter wheats planted by fertilization and seeding integration.[Methods]Four dosages of seed fertilizer(NPK Compound Fertilizer),150 kg·hm-2(F1),225 kg·hm-2(F2),300 kg·hm-2(F3),and 750 kg·hm-2(Control group)were applied on winter wheat,Shannong 129(Ttiticum aestivum)during seed sowing.The impact of reduced fertilizer dosage on plant development was determined by meas-uring the change of agronomic traits of plants,nitrogen and phosphorus contents,protein content during grain filling stage and its components accumulation rate,and yield of winter wheat at different time points.[Results](1)The effects of development progress on agronomic traits,nitrogen and phosphorus contents per plant of winter wheat was greater than one of seed fertilizer dosage,the significant differences of all targeted developmental parameters among three treatments were detected(P<0.05),and F2 treatment showed the most positive impact than F1 and F3 treatments.(2)The grain-filling processes of winter wheat in all three treatments were fit to the Logistic equation,and F2 treatment produced the highest level of grain filling rate and the longest filling time. (3)During grain filling stage,the change of total protein content of wheat grain showed a dynamic trend of high-low-high,but the changes of four protein components contents were different.The albumin content was higher at early filling stage and then decreased slowly later on,while the gliadin and glutelin contents were lower at early filling stage and then increased gradually which was con-sistent with the change of 1 000-grain weight,but the change tendency of globulin content was consistent with that of total grain protein.The correlation analysis showed that the albumin content of grain was negatively correlated with 1 000-grain weight but the contents of total protein,globulin,gliadin and glutelin showed significantly positive correlation(P<0.05)during filling stage.The values of 1 000-grain weight and the contents of total protein,globulin,gliadin and glutelin showed the highest increase in F2 treat-ment.(4)The impact of different treatments on wheat yield and yield structure were statistically different from XXX(P<0.05)with the significantly positive impact of F2treatment on of the number of ears per hectare,grains per ear,1 000-grain weight and yield per hectarethan those in F1and F3treatments(p<0.05).[Conclusion]Based on the fertilization and sowing integrated application,the us-age of reduced seed fertilizer dosage at 225 kg·hm-2is feasible in wheat planting region in the center of Shanxi Province.关键词
