Synchronous control of jacking system of jack-up offshore drilling platform
摘要
Abstract
The working security and reliability of jack-up drilling platforms restricts the marine oil exploitation directly. As a major part of the control platform lifting,the balance control of the jacking system is particularly important. In this study,ac-cording to the characteristic of the jacking operation on the jack-up offshore drilling platform,a collaborative control solution is presented for platform motor groups, in which the single leg motor is controlled by the synchronous control method for speed deviation coupling,the three main motors of the platform are controlled by the synchronous control method for speed-position deviation coupling,the fuzzy PI control algorithm is used to the position synchronous compensator,and the PID con-trol algorithm is used to the speed controller. Based on Matlab/Simulink and PLC, the simulation model and experimental platform are built for the platform motor groups. The result shows that it is useful to achieve precise synchronous control and more suitable for balance control of jacking systems when the position synchronous control is introduced on the basis of plat-form multi-motor speed synchronous control,where the speed and height of the platform lifting are considered.关键词
