摘要

Abstract

The catalytic oxidation property of bionic composites formed by hemin and nonionic surfactant n-Dodecyl-β-D-mal-topyranoside(DDM)was studied. The dynamic light scattering(DLS) and UV-vis spectrophotometry were used to character-ize the micellization behavior and the DDM dispersion effect on hemin. And the catalytic oxidation property of the composite system for the model compound Orange Ⅱ was studied, in which the H2O2was used as an oxidant substrate. The results show that the catalytic reaction system obeys the Michaelis-Menten equation of enzymatic catalysis. The Michaelis-Menten-constant(Km) and maximum velocity(vmax) of Orange Ⅱ are estimated by Lineweaver-Burk model to be 0.1 mmol/L and 6.0×10-4mmol/(L·min),respectively. The Kmand vmaxof the H2O2are 4.6 mmol/L and 9.2×10-4mmol/(L·min). In comparison with natural peroxidases, the hemin-DDM micelles catalytic system has characteristics of easy preparation, low cost and good stability.
