摘要
Abstract
Based on the latest laws,regulations and rules on the construction and management of urban rail transit from the State Council,relevant ministries and commissions,China Urban Rail Transit Association and other departments,this paper introduces in detail the basic conditions of urban rail transit declaration,summarizes and abstracts the preliminary planning,design content and approval procedures of urban rail transit.As a major urban transport infrastructure construction project,the preliminary planning of the urban rail transit includes urban rail transit network planning,construction planning and engineering feasibility study.After approval,the urban rail transit project enters into the design stage,which includes the overall design of the project,preliminary design and working drawing design.The intensive study on the preliminary planning and design work of the urban rail transit can be referenced for cities that will start urban rail transit projects and can effectively promote the orderly and rational development of urban rail transit projects.关键词
