Abstract
As the existing railway transport capacity of Fangchenggang port is close to saturation,it is necessary to study the reconstruction and extension plan of the port area to meet the planned additional traffic volume of the port area.This paper puts forward two schemes with three yards and four yards respectively based on detailed analysis of the existing railway,forecast of traffic volume and development plan of the port area.The three-yard scheme is finally recommended through the comparison of advantages and disadvantages between three-yard and four-yard schemes.The scheme recommended can not only meet the demand for railway traffic volume of the port area in the future,but also provide a strong support for the development of the rail-sea intermodal transportation in the southwest railway corridor.关键词
