2219铝合金变极性等离子横焊接头缺陷机理研究
Mechanism on Defects Forming in 2219 Aluminum Alloy Weld Bead by Horizontal Variable Polarity Plasma Arc
摘要
Abstract
Through high speed camera observation and typical metallographic analysis of 8 mm 2219 aluminum alloy,the typical undercutting and stomatal forming mechanism of transverse welding joint are described.The results show that balance and stability of force during the process of the formation of the small hole molten bath are the prerequisite and foundation of weld forming.The imbalance of the weld on the back of the weld and the poor metal flow are the causes of the backside undercut defects.The pool of gravity under combined action of metal wetting is hampered by the weld is the cause of the front edge of the defect;gravity down,buoyancy up,near the melting line cooling faster,resulting in the pores to escape and in the weld side gather.关键词
