摘要

Abstract

With the development of large sized equipment and constant improvement in operation parameter thereof,the flange size of equipment is getting larger and larger.With problem in sealing of flanged connection brought into view every now and then especially for the sealing of flange with large diameter,therefore,it is more imperative to solve the sealing problem of flange with large diameter.It is observed from a blow-by-blow analysis of three respects including sealing surface quality,gasket performance and bolt pre-tightening of butt welded ring flange with long neck and large diameter (DN2500) based on feedback of leakage in pressure testing that the leakage from flange sealing is due only to flange deflection and uneven sealing surface.Accordingly,the leakage problem in pressure testing is solved in an effective way by change of lining ring structure on flange sealing surface to cladding structure thereon.
