摘要

Abstract

The circulating fluidized bed (CFB) combustion technology and ultra (ultra) critical coal-fired power generation technology are relatively mature,the combination of which has the advantages of low cost pollution control and high efficiency power supply.The development of supercritical (ultra supercritical) parameters will certainly become an important direction for the further development of CFB Technology.In order to improve the performance of operation control,the dynamic process of heat release at boiler side was analyzed on the level of coordinated control system of supercritical CFB unit,and the dynamic process at the steam water side of the direct current boiler which has the characteristics of faster response and complex phase change was simplified and refined.Then the nonlinear control model of supercritical CFB unit was established,and the parameters of the system model were identified by steady-state derivation,function fitting and genetic algorithm optimization.Finally,the Baima 600MW supercritical CFB unit in Sichuan province were taken as an actual validation object,and the correctness of the model structure and the validity of the identification method are verified.
