摘要

Abstract

Distribution system blackouts with tremendous economic losses may occur under extreme weather.And resilience describes the ability of distribution network withstanding nature disasters,decreasing the loss of faults,and restoring normal power supply as fast as possible.To improve the resilience evaluation and analysis method,the influence of extreme weather on distributed network components was quantified and failure model of overhead lines was established to describe the numerical relation of the speed of hurricane and failure probability.Failure scenarios were selected based on Shannon entropy and the possible blackout level was confirmed.Secondly,resilience evaluation method was proposed considering load loss in different scenarios.Thirdly,contribution of traditional hardening method and distributed generation to distribution network resilience were compared.The probability distribution of resilience was obtained by non-parametric kernel density estimation,which can fully reflect the contribution of stochastic fluctuation distributed generation to distribution network resilience.Finally,the case study verified the validity and accuracy of the proposed approach in this article.
