上海临港地区猪源ETEC毒力因子及耐药性调查
PREVALENCE OF VIRULENCE FACTORS AND ANTIMICROBIAL SUSCEPTIBILITY OF ENTEROTOXIGENIC E.COLI FROM PIGLETS IN LINGANG DISTRICT, SHANGHAI

Abstract
The multiple PCR identification and drug susceptible test were applied in order to investigate the prevalence and drug resistance of enterotoxigenic E.coli(ETEC) in piglets in Lingang, Shanghai.Three ETEC isolates were obtained from 240 samples collected from different pig farms and confirmed as F18ac positive by PCR. Among three ETEC isolates, 2 isolates were determined to be ST2+and another isolate was LT1+and ST2+. These three ETEC isolates were tested for resistance to seven antibiotics. As a result, all three isolates were highly susceptible to carbenicillin, moderately susceptible to nitrofurantoin and levofloxacin and resistant to gentamicin and tetracycline. The susceptibility of these isolates varied to ampicillin, enrofloxacin and polymyxin B.关键词
