乙酰氨基阿维菌素浇泼剂对奶牛螨虫病的疗效试验
STUDY ON CURATIVE EFFECT OF EPRINOMECTIN POUR-SPRINKLING PREPARATION FOR DARIY CATTLE ACARIASIS

Abstract
In order to discover an effective, user-friendly and less irritative drug for treatment of dairy cattle acariasis, two formulas (FI and FII) of eprinomectin were prepared with other skin penetrantes for pour-sprinkling use. Thirty-five dairy cattle infected with acariasis were equally divided into 7 groups, 5 cattle each. Three test groups were treated with FI doses at 0.05 mg/kg, 0.10 mg/kg and 0.20 mg/kg and two groups were treated with FII doses at 0.10 mg/kg and 0.20 mg/kg, respectively. One group of dairy cattle was treated with the control drug Ivomec?,Eprinex? made by Merial Australia Pty Limited. Another group of dairy cattle was used as non-treatment control. All dairy cattles were observed weekly for 9 weeks post treatment. The results showed that all doses of FI and FII were effect in treating dairy cattle acariasis. However, the speed of acariasis cure correlated with the eprinomectin doses. In addition, the FI at dose of 0.20 mg/kg performed similar treatment to the control drug Ivomec?,Eprinex?.关键词
