THE RESEARCH PROGRESS ON EXPRESSION OF FOREIGN GENE BASED ON THE PRRSV INFECTIOUS CLONE
摘要
Abstract
Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome characterized by respiratory and reproductive disorders in piglets and sows has spread worldwide and become the most economically significant disease. Immunization with live attenuated vaccines is the primary method for the prevention and control of PRRSV. However, the safety and efficacy of the live vaccines need further improved. This review summarizes progress of expression of foreign genes using infectious cDNA clone of PRRSV.关键词
