Diagnosis and Treatment of Meniere's Disease Revisited
摘要
Abstract
With new guidelines issued in China and abroad being adopted in the clinic for the diagnosis and treat-ment of Meniere's disease,it must be realized that correct diagnosis and treatment of Meniere's disease may still be af-fected by negligence or lack of knowledge regarding auditory examination and interpretation,differential diagnosis from conditions such as idiopathic sudden sensorineural hearing loss with dizziness and Meniere's syndrome,as well as the nature of refractory Meniere's disease.Guidelines tend to be mechanical and rigid,while clinical conditions are often dynamic and variable.To achieve precise and science based management of Meniere's disease,one must master a com-prehensive understanding of relevant issues as well as key points in guideline recommendations,while following estab-lished protocols.关键词
