Mechanisms and Application of Video Head Impulse Test
摘要
Abstract
Video head impulse test(vHIT)can be utilized to evaluate semicircular canal function as well as the vestibulo-ocular reflex in patients with vertigo and imbalance.Based on relevant literature,this article provides a review on mechanisms underlying vHIT,pathological vHIT features and testing techniques.The role of vHIT as an auxiliary ex-amination in the evaluation of Meniere's Disease,vestibular neurits,vestibular migraine etc.,is also discussed.关键词
