Clinical Study on Filiform Fire-needling Combined with Spleen-Stomach Plaster in the Treatment of Chronic Gastritis of Liver-Stomach Disharmony Pattern

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the filiform fire-needling combined with Spleen-Stomach plaster in the treatment of chronic gastritis of Liver-Stomach disharmony pattern.Methods:90 patients were randomized into the group of integrated filiform fire-needling and Spleen-Stomach plaster(group A,n =45),and the group of integrated filiform-needling and Spleen-Stomach piaster (group B,n =45).TCM syndrome integral,levels of PGE2,IL-1β,and β-EP,as well as FDDQL scores were observed before and after the treatment in the two groups.Results:TCM syndrome integral were significantly decreased in both groups after the treatment(P ＜0.05),and it was obviously lower in group A than that in group B(P ＜0.05).There were significant differences in terms of the levels of PGE2 and IL-1 β after the treatment in both groups (P ＜0.05),also there was statistical significance between the two groups(P ＜0.05).Scores of FDDQL on the aspect of daily life,anxiety,sleep,discomfort,healthy feeling,and disease control,were remarkably different after the treatment compared to those before the treatment(P ＜0.05),and they were different in the two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of filiform fire-needling combined with Spleen-Stomach plaster can effectively relieve the symptoms of chronic gastritis of Liver-Stomach disharmony pattern,it can improve inflammatory state of gastric mucosa and life quality of the patients.关键词
