针刺少阳经特定穴治疗偏头痛的临床疗效观察
Clinical Observation of Migraine Treated by Needling Specific Points along Shaoyang Meridian
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of needling specific points along Shaoyang meridian for migraine without aura.Methods:90 patients were randomized into three groups,i.e.group of specific acupoints along Shaoyang meridian (group A,n =30),sham points group (group B,n =30),and waiting list group (group C,n =30).Group A and group B were treated for 20 times in four weeks,whereas group C didnt receive any treatment.Clinical efficacy and safety were evaluated according to headache days,life quality,and emotional impact.Results:The headache days were significantly decreased in group A (4.11 ± 2.24),they didn t show obvious change in group B(0.53 ±3.16),and they were increased(-4.40 ±4.38) in group C;the decreased days in group A were more than those in group B and group C.Group A was superior to group B and group C in terms of MSQ score and depression improvement.Conclusion:The therapy of needling specific points along Shaoyang meridian is much more effective than sham acupuncture and non treatment.关键词
