电针治疗女性中重度混合性尿失禁的随机对照试验
RCTs of Electro-acupuncture in the Treatment of Moderate or Severe Female Mixed Urinary Incontinence
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of electro-acupuncture for moderate or severe female mixed urinary incontinence,and to provide an effective treatment for this kind of disease.Methods:50 patients were randomly divided into the observation group (n =23) and the control group (22);the observation group was given electro-acupuncture,and the control group was treated with the combination of pelvic floor muscle training and Solifenacin.The length of the treatment was 12w in the observation group and 36w in the control group.72h urinary leakage,ICIQ-SF score,and urine leakage of lh urine pad test were observed for analysis.Results:It showed that the effect of the observation group was equal to that of the control group,in terms of 72h urinary leakage,ICIQ-SF score,and urine leakage of lh urine pad test.Conclusion:The therapy of electro-acupuncture can relieve the symptoms of moderate or severe female mixed urinary incontinence,and improve life quality of the patients,which has the same effect as the combination of pelvic floor muscle training and Solifenacin.关键词
