针刺极泉穴治疗肩周炎的临床疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of needling point HT1 combined with routine acupuncture for scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods:74 patients were randomized into the treatment group (n =38) and the control group (n =36).The treatment group was given routine acupuncture therapy in combination with needling point HT1;whereas,the control group was only treated with the routine acupuncture therapy.Therapeutic evaluation was conducted through observing shoulder pain degree by using NRS scores and shoulder joint activity by using melle scores.Results:Both kinds of treatments could relieve pain and improve shoulder activity of the patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis;however,the treatment group was superior to the control group (P ＜ 0.05).In the treatment group,there were 5 cured cases,22 obviously effective cases,9 effective cases,and 2 invalid cases;compared to 1 cured cases,12 obviously effective cases,17 effective cases,and 6 invalid cases in the control group.Conclusion:The combination of needling point HT1 and the routine acupuncture can relieve shoulder pain and improve shoulder joint activity,and it has significant effect on scapulohumeral periarthritis.This combined treatment is superior to the single routine acupuncture treatment,which is worth of popularization.关键词
