Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of transcutaneous electric stimulation on point ST10 combined with digit-end needling in the treatment of migraine.Methods:64 patients were randomly divided into the observation group(n =32) and the control group(n =32).The observation group was given transcutaneous electric stimulation and digit-end needling,the treatment was once every other day for four times,five-day break after each course,three courses altogether.The control group was treated with 50 mg Amitriptyline every night for two months.VAS,pain attack times,integral symptom score,and clinical effective rate were observed 3m and 6m after the treatment respectively in the two groups.Results:VAS of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after the treatment,and pain attack times of the observation group was less than that of the control group,with statistical differences(P ＜ 0.05).In terms of integral symptom scores,there was statistical significance between 3m and 6m after the treatment and pre-treatment in the observation group;but in the control group,it only showed difference 3m after the treatment(P ＜ 0.05);also there was difference between the observation group and the control group(P ＜0.05).The total effective rates of 3m and 6m after the treatment in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,which have statistical significances (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of transcutaneous electric stimulation on point ST10 combined with digit-end needling has positive clinical efficacy for migraine without long-term side effect.关键词
