“合谷刺法”结合局部制动治疗腕管综合征的临床疗效观察
Clinical Observation of Multi-direction Needling Combined with Wrist Joint Immobilization on Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of multi-direction needling combined with wrist joint immobilization in the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome.Methods:62 patients were randomly divided into the control group (n =31) and the observation group (n =31).Both groups were treated with acupuncture combined with wrist joint immobilization;the control group was treated with routine acupuncture manipulation,and the observation group was given multi-direction needling.The treatment course was two weeks.The clinical symptoms,the Boston carpal tunnel scale (BCTS),and the electrophysiological changes of the median nerve were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.6％,which was obviously higher than that of the control group(P ＜0.05);the scores of SSS and FSS were significantly lower in both groups after treatment(P ＜0.01),and the treatment group was significantly superior to the control group(P ＜0.01);DML before the treatment was significantly lower compared to that after the treatment in the observation group (P ＜ 0.01),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P ＜0.01);the CMAP amplitude,SCV of finger Ⅰ-wrist and SCV of finger Ⅲ-wrist became significantly higher after the treatment in the observation group (P ＜ 0.01);and there were significant differences in terms of CMAP amplitude and SCV of finger Ⅲ-wrist between the two groups,in which the observation group was superior to the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of multi-direction needling combined with wrist joint immobilization can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,promote the recovery of wrist function and repair median nerve in patients with carpal tunnel syndrome,it has a remarkable clinical effect.关键词
