Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect on postpartum lumbago with the therapy of conventional acupuncture combined with moxibustion along Ren channel and Du channel.Methods:50 patients were randomly divided into the observation group (conventional acupuncture + moxibustion along Ren channel and Du channel,n =25) and the control group(conventional acupuncture + routine moxibustion,n =25).The moxibustion was 2h each time,once per week,and 3 treatments were taken as one session.After 3 sessions of treatment,scores of VAS,ODI,and JOA were evaluated before and after the treatment in the two groups,and the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results:After 3 sessions of treatment,the total effective rate was 96％ (24/25) in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 84％ (21/25) in the control group,with statistical significance(P ＜0.01).Scores of VAS and ODI were significantly lower than those before the treatment(P ＜0.01),and JOA scores were higher than those before treatment(P ＜0.01) in both groups;in which,the changes of the observation group was more obvious than those of the control group.Conclusion:The combination of conventional acupuncture and moxibustion along Ren channel and Du channel is superior to the conventional moxibustion therapy in the treatment of postpartum lumbago.关键词
