Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of warm-needling combined with dynamic moxibustion treating the third lumber transverse process syndrome,to explore a new method of more effective,practical and easier to popularize for this kind of disease.Methods:59 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group (n =30) and the control group (n =29).The treatment group was treated with warm-needling combined with dynamic moxibustion,and the control group was treated with warm-needling alone.Both groups were treated once daily for two continuous courses (three times as one course).VAS pain score of tenderness of L3 transverse process and JOA score were compared before and after the treatment in the two groups;also the clinical effective rates were evaluated and compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 93.3％ in the treatment group,which was observably higher than 72.4％ in the control group(P ＜ 0.05);after treatment,tenderness of L3 transverse process in the treatment group was significantly relieved than that in the control group according to the evaluation of VAS pain score,but JOA score was observably higher in the treatment group than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of warm-needling combined with dynamic moxibustion has an obvious effect on the third lumber transverse process syndrome,which is superior to simple warm-needling.It is worth of application and promotion in clinic.关键词
