膏摩疗法治疗急性腰扭伤的临床疗效观察
Clinical Effect of Massage with Chinese Drug Paste in the Treatment of Acute Lumbar Sprain
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the therapy of massage with Chinese drug paste in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain.Methods:60 patients with acute lumbar sprain were randomly divided into the observation group(n =30) and the control group (n =30);the observation group was treated with massage with Chinese drug paste,and the control group was treated with traditional massage.Clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups after two courses of treatment.Results:There was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups(P ＞ 0.05).It showed statistical significance in terms of lower back pain and tendemess of spinous process after the treatment in both groups (P ＜ 0.05);but there were no differences in lumbar motility,lower limb radiation pain,cutaneous sensation,and reflex improvement after the treatment in both groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of massage with Chinese drug paste has better curative effect on acute lumbar sprain than conventional massage,in terms of relieving lower back pain and tenderness of spinous process.关键词
