近5年来针灸治疗自发性高血压大鼠计量分析
Quantitative Analysis of Acupuncture in the Treatment of Spontaneously Hypertensive Rats in the Past Five Years

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the basic facts and recent mechanism researches of acupuncture in the treatment for spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR),hopefully providing references for clinical practice.Methods:Relative literatures recorded from 2013 to 2017 were retrieved from CNKI,VIP,CBM and PubMed.Acupoints selection,acupuncture techniques,reinforcing and reducing methods,frequency of treatments,course of treatments and therapeutic effects were summarized.Results:38 literatures were included ultimately.Overall,the points from the liver meridian,the stomach meridian and the large intestine meridian were mainly selected;the commonly used acupoints were ST36,LI11,and Liv3.The mostly used therapeutic method was simple acupuncture.Frequency and course of treatment were usually once per day for four weeks.Conclusion:Acupuncture remarkably reduced blood pressure in SHR,which may provide reference for the treatment of primary hypertension in clinic.关键词
