艾灸治疗压疮的研究进展
Research Progress of Moxibustion Treating Pressure Sores
摘要
Abstract
Pressure sores are caused by local tissue losing nourishment due to deficiency of Qi and blood or Qi stagnation and blood stasis.Moxibustion has the effect of improving local microcirculation,strengthening the ability of anti-injury and antioxidant with its action of promoting qi and removing blood stasis.This research sorted out literatures relevant to pressure sores in recent years,summed up its risk factors and pathogenesis,and reviewed the therapies of the moxibustion,warm-needling,heat-sensitive acupoints moxibustion,and moxibustion combined with medicine respectively.It is found that moxibustion can improve the condition of body immunity and the local wound for patients suffering from pressure sores,especially when combined with acupuncture or acupoint application,it could enhance the effect of promoting qi to activate blood,eliminating blood stasis and necrotic tissues,and promoting tissue regeneration.Therefore,moxibustion has a remarkable effect on pressure sores.However,the researches included still have their hmitations,comprehensive treatment should be applied to make it best for moxibustion promotion in treating pressure sores.关键词
