高职院校学生工匠精神培育的现状与对策
On the Status and Countermeasures for Students'Craftsman Spirit Cultivation in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract
Cultivating the craftsman spirit of Higher Vocational Colleges students is an effective way to improve their professional quality and to serve the local economic construction. The surveys were carried out for teachers and students in Higher Vocational Colleges and employing cooperative enterprises respectively. It shows us the situation how students understand the connotation of craftsman spirit and the role that craftsman spirit promotes students' career development. The surveys also analysis the students' changing in Higher Vocational Colleges after their craftsman spirit training and the main difficulties people confront in Higher Vocational Colleges when students accept craftsman spirit training. The author puts forward the following ways to improve the above situations. Firstly, publicize the craftsman spirit widely and help students understand its connotation further. Secondly, more craftsman spirit trainings should be added for students to improve their career development. Moreover, corresponding incentive assessment should be formulated to promote the cultivation effect of students craftsman spirit. last but not least, some measures should be taken to solve the major difficulties in craftsman spirit cultivation in Higher Vocational Colleges.关键词
