The Challenge and Choice of Vocational School Teachers in the "Internet +" Era: Role, Thinking Transformation and Development Path

Abstract
With the advent of the era of "Internet +", the traditional vocational education teaching faced with the training object of knowledge base, approach to learning and ability demand shift, it also brings new change and challenge for vocational colleges and universities teachers. This requires teachers to become a guide and facilitator of students'autonomous learning, from the knowledge into the teaching process of designers, from managers to collaborators and self-development lifelong learners; vocational colleges teachers change their way of thinking at the same time, through thinking, critical thinking, cross-border big data, platform thinking and spatial thinking in response to the era of "Internet +" education reforms. Vocational college teachers need to be the adopters of the Internet age, practitioners, leaders, learners and self-enhancement, so that they can seek to build themselves and develop in the future.关键词
