中等职业学校"双师型"教师TPACK知识结构分析——基于对福建省5所中职学校的调查
Research on TPACK Knowledge Structure of "Dual-qualification" Teachers in Secondary Vocational Schools——Based on Survey for 5 Secondary Vocational Schools in Fujian Province

Abstract
The technological pedagogical content knowledge (TPACK) has become the knowledge base for improving the application level of teachers'information technology. Based on the survey of secondary vocational schools in the Z city, it shows the TPACK of"dual-qualification" teachers at secondary vocational schools is generally at a moderate level; not shows significant difference of TPACK among teachers who have different gender and levels of education,and shows a significant negative correlation (P < 0.01)between different teaching age segments and technological knowledge (TK); all core knowledge (CK,PK,TK) had indirect effects on TPACK development (CK=.16, PK=.33,TK=.22), second-level knowledge (PCK,TCK)had direct effects on TPACK (PCK=.24,TCK=.06), however, the TPK's effect was the highest (.72).It is necessary to improve the TPACK knowledge level of "dual-qualification" teachers in secondary vocational schools, by improving the teachers'enterprise practice system, building learning community, improving the ability of teaching design, and implementing the development path of hierarchical training.关键词
