On Implementation and Effect of "Three-vertical and Five-horizontal" Modern Apprenticeship Model in Secondary Vocational Schools——The Case of Chengdu Automobile Vocational and Technical School

Abstract
Chengdu Automobile Vocational and Technical School has explored the "three vertical five horizontal" modern apprenticeship model. This model extends the meanings by a third party. Moreover, the education model has been formed to train modern apprentice with schools, enterprises and the third party. The students trained by the "three vertical and five horizontal" modern apprenticeship model, who are superior in the quality of education, the wage income, or in counterpart employment rate, the satisfaction rate of enterprises than that of students trained by general training mode, has not only improved professional abilities of teachers and students, but also increased the social benefits and international influence of the school.关键词
