基于质量与贡献导向的高职院校科研分类评价研究
On Classification Evaluation of Scientific Research of Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Quality and Contributions
摘要
Abstract
The quality and contributions of scientific research of higher vocational colleges reflect how much the research process and result benefit the public and the country, and emphasize the meeting of needs of relevant research customers. Their most basic needs are to obtain"knowledge products" well and timely, thus promoting social and economic development. From the quality, timeliness and sustainability perspectives, regarding the height of the scientific research level, the speed of scientific research development and the strength of scientific research initiatives as three dimensions of scientific research evaluation, is advantageous to the construction of the evaluation index system for scientific research classification in higher vocational colleges.关键词
