Abstract
Centered on the cultivation of the application oriented talents urgently needed by production services and the service for regional economic and social development, many local colleges and universities are opening a new round of transformation and development. The new educational function orientation and the talent training goals put forward the new request to the local university teachers' business ability. In this context, we must find out the main problems of teachers' business ability, insist on the goal of cultivating "dual-qualification and dual-ability" teachers, re-determine the structure of teachers' ability and its connotation requirements, take effective measures from thoughts, systems and training methods, etc., so as to promote the overall ability of teachers.关键词
