"2111"医学人才培养模式下学生教育管理工作探索
Research on Students' Education and Management under the 2111 Training Mode of Medical Talents

Abstract
According to the relevant requirements of the Ministry of Education, and based on the characteristics of talents training in medical majority, the training mode of medical talents of "2111" is innovated, and students' management is included in the training mode. Three different stages of learning are divided according to the characteristics of the undergraduates, which are the adaptation stage, promotion stage and practice stage. It is necessary to take "Three Lectures and One Help" as the educational method, complete training targets of three stages, such as the behavior discipline and interest guiding during adaption stage, social cognition and method guidance during promotion state, professional cognition and thinking guidance during practice stage, improve undergraduate students' comprehensive cognition in society, industry and profession, and provide powerful guarantee for smoothly cultivating innovative talents.关键词
