摘要

Abstract

Objective:To study the chemical constituents of the fruiting bodies of Cryptoporus volvatus.Methods:Isolation and purification of the compounds were carried out by various chromatographies,and their structures were identified according to the physical and chemical properties as well as spectroscopic methods.Results:Thirteen compounds were obtained and identified as 1',2'-dicarboxylic cryptoporic acid B (1),stigmasterol (2),stigmnast-7-en-3β-ol (3),dibutyl phthalate (4),adenosine(5),guanosine(6),uridine(7),uracil(8),1-ribityl-2,3-diketo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-6,7-dimethyl-quinoxaline (9),D-arabitol (10),D-galactitol (11),D-sorbitol (12),tetracosanoic acid (13),respectively.Conclusion:Except compound 1,all compounds were isolated from genus Cryptoporus for the first time.
