西藏加查县濒危药材桃儿七真叶分化研究
Study on Leaf Differentiation of Endangered Medicinal Materials-Sinopodophyllum hexandrum
摘要
Abstract
Objective:The study is aimed to find a method for leaf differentiation of Sinopodophyllum hexandrum.Methods:The natural dormant seeds of wild S.hexandrum harvested in Jiacha of Tibet were collected.GA was added to screen the optimal concentration,then 6-BA was used to screen the optimal concentration for study of leaf differentiation of S.hexandrum.Results:The leaf differentiation of S.hexandrum was 84.1％ under 100 mg ·L-1 of GA,and the malformation rate was 3.3％.Conclusion:GA and 6-BA could promote leaf differentiation of S.hexandrum,however high concentration of plant hormones may result in the malformation of the leaf.关键词
