Response Surface Analysis of Extraction for TSG from Polygonum multiflorum

Abstract
Objective:To optimize the extraction for 2,3,5,4-tetrahydroxyl diphenylethylene-2-O-glucoside (TSG)from Polygonum multiflorum with response surface methodology.Methods:Extraction temperature,liquid-solid ratio,ethanol volume,which designed by central composite were evaluated by TSG extraction yield.The response surface methodology was used to establish the prediction model of regression equation,and confirm the optimal extraction in TSG.Results:The optimal protocol for TSG extraction was at 54 ℃ in 72% ethanol with a liquid-solid ratio of 18 ∶ 1,the extraction yield reached 2.75%.Conclusion:The selected parameters provide a theoretical basis for TSG extraction.关键词
