WH706-CLL树脂对白及多糖脱色工艺的研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the decoloring effect of Bletilla striata polysaccharide extract by WH706-CLL resin,and establish the optimum process of decolorization.Methods:With extract concentration,temperature,pH value,flow rate as observation factors,the decolorization rate and polysaccharide retention rate were examined.Results:When the extract concentration was 1 mg · mL-1,the temperature was 50 ℃,the pH value was 6,and the flow rate was 1 mL · min-1,the decoloring rate of WH706-CLL resin reached 93.7％ and the polysaccharide retention rate was 87.3％.Conclusion:Under the conditions of setting process,the WH706-CLL resin has good effect on the decolorization of B.striata polysaccharide,and is suitable for the decolorization of B.striata polysaccharide.关键词
