穿龙薯蓣内生真菌的分离及其次生代谢产物的研究
Isolation of Endophytic Fungi from Dioscorea nipponica Makino and Analysis of Its Secondary Metabolites
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To isolate and screen endophytic fungi producing diosgenin or other aglycone from the fresh rhizome of Dioscorea nipponica Makino.Methods:The endophytic fungi from Dioscorea nipponica Makino was isolated by tissue block method,the metabolites of diosgenin was detected by HPLC and LC-MS.Results:A total of 50 strains of the endophytic fungi were isolated,which C12 strain in the fermentation broth contained similar structure compounds of Diosgenin,which was identified as △3,5-Deoxyneotigogenin by HPLC-MS data analysis.Conclusion:There are a large number of endophytic fungi in Dioscorea nipponica Makino,and the endophytic fungi have the ability to produce the same or similar components as the host plants.关键词
