HPLC测定柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤改善睡眠有效部位中5种化学成分的含量
Determination of Five Chemical Components of Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction for Improving Sleep by HPLC

Abstract
Objective:To establish a method for content determination of baicalin,wogonoside,baicalein,wogonin,and cinnamic acid in Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli decoction by HPLC.Methods:The chromatographic separation was performed using a Diamonsil C18 column(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) with 25℃ column temperature.The mobile phase was composed of a gradient elution of acetonitrile and 0.5 % phosphoric acid at flow rate of 1.0mL · min.Results:The average contents of baicalin,wogonoside,baicalein,wogonin,and cinnamic acid were respectively 1.061%,0.672%,1.168%,0.299%,and 1.424%.The precision,reproducibility and sample recovery of RSD was lower than 3.0%.Conclusion:The method with simple process,good accuracyand reproducibility,is shown to be suitable for the quality control of the effective components of Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli decoction for improving sleep.关键词
