薏苡仁醇溶蛋白源小分子肽生物学活性研究

Abstract
Objective:To explore the anti-hypertensive and immune effects of Coix prolamin peptide (CPP).Methods:CPP was hydrolyzed under the condition of simulated in vitro digestion to observe its anti-hypertensive activity.ATT method was used to evaluate its effect on spleen lymphocyte proliferation in mice.Results:At the final dose of 0.1 mg/mL,the inhibition rate of the hydrolysate of 4h-pepsin was obviously higher than the hydrolysates of other mixed enzymes.The ACE inhibition rate and the degree of hydrolysis were significantly increased when the pepsin digestion duration extended to 48 h.For single oral CPP administration (125 ~ 500 mg/kg),the systolic blood pressure (SBP) of SHR was significantly decreased.Proliferation rate (PR) of splenocytes increased in mice after being treated with 5 ~160 μg/mL CPP.Conclusion:CPP has anti-hypertensive activity after simulated gastrointestinal digestion and can also exert positive effect on splenocyte proliferation in mice.关键词
