电针傍刺对褥疮大鼠创面修复的影响
Wound Healing Influenced by Therapy of Bangci with Electro-acupuncture in Bedsore Rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate effect of Bangci(straight and side needling) with electro-acupuncture (EA) on the wound healing rate,the healing time,and blood flow peffusion of the local skin in rats with bedsore.Methods:The models of bedsore were set up by fixing SD female rats with self-made device.150 rats were randomly divided into the normal group,the model group,the EA group,the model inhibitor group,and the EA inhibitor group.Each group was randomly divided into five sub-groups according to different intervention time points,1 d,3 d,5 d,7 d and 9d sub-groups,with six rats in each sub-group.The model group was intervened with iodine;the EA group was given Bangci with EA;for the rats in the model inhibitor group and EA inhibitor group,SB203580(5 mg/kg) as p38 inhibitor was injected into them 30 min before daily intervention.The wound healing rate and blood flow perfusion of the local skin were observed.Another 24 bedsore rats were selected to investigate the healing time.Results:The EA group was better than the model group in terms of the wound healing rate on 3 d,5 d,7 d,9 d (P ＜ 0.05),and the healing time of the EA group was shorter than that of the model group (P ＜ 0.05).Blood flow perfusion of the local skin in bedsore rats were more than that of the normal rats (P ＜ 0.05);in the EA group,it became more after treatment at different intervention time than that before treatment(P ＜0.05),and it showed a gradual downward trend as intervention time goes on,which came earlier than that in the model group.Conclusion:The therapy of Bangci with electro-acupuncture can promote the wound-healing,shorten the healing time,and increase blood flow perfusion in bedsore rats.关键词
