芪玄抑甲宁治疗甲亢的主要药效学研究
Pharmacodynamic Research of Qixuan Yijianing in the Treatment of Hyperthyroidism
摘要
Abstract
Objectives:To study the curative effect of Qixuan Yijianing on hyperthyroidism.Methods:The behaviour,weight,thyroid hormone level,pathological changes of thyroid tissue were observed in hyperthyreosis rats with different doses of Qixuan Yijianing.Results:Qixuan Yijianing could significantly improve body weight in hyperthyroidism rats,reduce the serum levels of T3 and T4,increase TSH level,and improve the morphology of thyroid tissue.Conclusion:Qixuan Yijianing has a good therapeutic effect for hyperthyroidism.关键词
