夹脊穴电刺激结合艾灸法对肌萎缩侧索硬化患者肌电图的干预效应研究
Electrical Stimulation on Jiaji points Combined with Moxibustion for EMG Changes in ALS Patients

Abstract
Objective:To explore effective treatment for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis(ALS) by observing the electromyogram(EMG) of ALS patients treated by electrical stimulation on Jiaji points combined with moxibustion.The research was designed to find an effective method of treating ALS.Methods:40 ALS patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the cont rol group.The treatment group was intervened by electro-acupuncture on Huatuo Jiaji points(C5～6,C6～7,C7 ～T1,L3～4,L4～5,and L5 ～ S1)with sparse wave,combined with moxibustion on CV4 and ST36.The control group was treated with moxibustion alone.Two weeks was taken as one course,one day break between each course,the total treatment was four courses.EMG was observed and analyzed before and after the treatment between the two groups.Results:After treatment,cases of denervation potential,widening and heightening amplitude,and simple phase were significantly reduced(P ＜ 0.05,P ＜ 0.01);of which,the treatment group was superior to the control group(P ＜0.05,P ＜0.01).Conclusion:The therapy of electrical stimulation on Jiaji points combined with moxibustion can improve the EMG on muscles dominated by bulbus medullae,muscles of neck,chest and lumbosacral parts,which proves its efficiency and clinical worth.关键词
