摘要

Abstract

IIn the welding methods of aluminum-steel dissimilar metal,the welding-brazing method of aluminum-steel dissimilar metals has attracted more and more attention because of its high efficiency and wide applied range.The welding-brazing technology mainly includes arc welding-brazing,laser welding-brazing,electron beam welding-brazing and laser+arc hybrid welding-brazing.The research status of different welding-brazing methods is summarized,and the welding properties of different welding-brazing methods are analyzed.In the process of aluminum/steel dissimilar metal arc welding-brazing,a new low heat input welding method can achieve precise control of welding heat input and obtain welded joints with high performance;high energy beam welding method can strictly control the heat input to achieve a stable welding process,but it has high requirements on the assembly accuracy of welding structure and needs a large one-time investment in the equipments;laser+arc hybrid welding and arc assisted laser welding combine the advantages of electric arc welding and laser welding,and have wide application prospect in the welding-brazing of aluminum/steel dissimilar metals.
