Abstract
Objective:To explore the influencing factors of prognosis of hand-foot-mouth disease (HFMD) in stage Ⅲ.Methods:The clinical data of 90 cases with HFMD treated in the Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from January 2011 to December 2015 were analyzed retrospectively.All cases were divided into death group and survival group according to the outcome.Then,we used univariate and multiple non-conditional Logistic regression analysis of risk factors affecting outcome.Results:Significant statistical differences were found in the comparison of admission time,pulmonary edema,respiratory failure,circulatory failure,blood glucose level,pediatric critical illness score(PCIS) at admission,the maximum heart rate (HR),white blood cell count,CK-MB level,lactate level (P＜0.05).The multiple non-conditional Logistic regression analysis shows that:circulatory failure [OR =9.785,95％ CI (2.457,38.959)],lactate serum level [OR=1.310,95％ CI (1.022,1.681)],WBC count [OR=1.156,95％ CI (1.025,1.303)],PCIS score at admission [OR =0.866,95％ CI (0.783,0.957)] were independent risk factors for HFMD in stage Ⅲ.Conclusion:Factors influence the outcome of HMFD including circulatory failure,blood lactate level,WBC count and PCIS score at admission.关键词
