Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical drug use and efficacy of the first-episode children and adolescents schizophrenia.Methods:The clinical data,efficacy and adverse reactions of hospitalized patients of 96 first-episode children and adolescent (children group) with schizophrenia were retrospectively from 2015 to 2016,and compared with those of 98 adults cases (adults group).Results:The two groups of patients were mainly treated with a single medication and the second generation antipsychotic drugs.There were no significant differences between the doses of antipsychotic drugs.The adverse effects of extrapyramidal side effect and prolactin levels in the children group were significantly higher than those in the adult group,and patients with combined use of diphenhydramine or propranolol were significantly more than those in the adult.Conclusion:The first episode of schizophrenia in children and adolescents is more sensitive to adverse reactions,it is recommended to single use the second generation antipsychotic drugs,and can be treated with modified electric convulsive therapy when invalid.关键词
