Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of dezocine on inhibiting skin incision response in hepatobiliary surgery under general anesthesia using sevoflurane.Methods From January to April 2017,60 patients received selective operations were randomized into experimental group(Group A,n=30)and control group(Group C,n=30).Patients in Group A received dezocine(0.3 mg/kg)by intravenous injection 20 minutes before operation, while normal saline was given in Group C as placebo.After skin incision,invasive MAP and heart rate were recorded every 3 min until the skin in-cision was finished.The pressure fluctuation and heart rate fluctuation were calculated.Results The pressure fluctuation rates in Group A and Group C were 27.7 ±8.6%and 43.8 ±11.2%,respectively.The difference between the 2 groups was significant(P<0.05).The heart rate fluctuation rates in Group A and Group C were 5.3 ±4.6%and 6.9 ±7.7%, respectively.The difference between the 2 groups was non -significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of dezocine significantly stablizes the pressure fluctuation induced by skin incision response in hepatobiliary surgery.关键词
