贵州3个世居少数民族CCR5基因 Δ32多态分布
Genotyping and Polymorphism of HIV-1 related CCR5Δ32 allele in Three Ethnic Groups in Guizhou

Abstract
Objective To investigate the allelic polymorphism of CCR5Δ32 in three ethnic groups in Guizhou. Methods The study population contained 120 samples,of which consisted of 27 Miao people,70 BuYi people and 23 Shui people.Polymerase chain reaction was applied for amplifying target gene fragment,as DNA sequencing was used to verify the accuracy of PCR products.Results The frequency of the mutant CCR5Δ32 allele was 0.Neither the heterozy-gous CCR5-w t/Δ32 mutant nor homozygous were identified in the three ethnic groups.Conclusion The frequency of the mutant CCR5Δ32 allele is very low in the three ethnic groups in Guizhou.关键词
