MicroRNA-137在膀胱癌中的表达与膀胱癌细胞侵袭迁移的关系
MicroRNA-137 expression in bladder cancer tissues and the impact on the its biological characteristics

Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression MicroRNA -137 in bladder cancer cells,and its correlation with cancer biological characteristics.Methods The cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were collected from 46 patients with pathologically diagnosis of bladder cancer and surgical resection.The miR-137 was analyzed by real -time quantita-tive polymerase chain reaction(rtPCR).The correlations between miR -137 gene expression and tumor classification or pathological grading were analyzed.Results Compared with the adjacent tissues,the relative expression of miR-137 in bladder cancer tissues was significantly higher(2.33 ±0.11 vs.1.41 ±0.05,P<0.05).The expression of miR-137 in non-muscle invasive group was significantly lower than the muscle invasive group(P<0.05).The expression level of miR-137 was increased with tumor grade(H=6.528, P<0.05).Conclusion The high expression of miR -137 is likely to be involved in the process of bladder cancer cell proliferation and apoptosis,and can be used as potential clinical marker for bladder cancer.关键词
