湿热质、痰湿质人群的代谢及电导法穴位测量特征
Metabolism and characteristics of acupoint measurement by conductance method among damp heat and phlegm humid people

Abstract
Objective To investigate the metabolism and the characteristics of acupoint measurement by conduct -ance method among damp heat and phlegm humid people.Methods Using the method of epidemiological survey,TCM Constitution identification,blood metabolism index test and acupoint measurement using conductance method were conduc -ted in among the residents of a village of Nanhai District,Foshan.The correlation analysis was conducted using SPSS 18.0 statistic software.Results A total of 701 residents were investigated,among whom 627(92.30%)were with gentleness type,39(5.56%)with humid heat type and 35(2.14%)with phlegm and humid quality.Among them,cholesterol in-crease was revealed in 429 residents(61.20%),three acylglycerol increase in 200 residents(28.53%),blood uric acid increase in 249 residents(35.52%), and fasting blood glucose increase in 55 residents(7.85%).According to con-ductance method measurement,the most prominent deficiency type was in Sanjiao(166,23.7%); the most prominent empirical type was heat meridian(186,26.5%).Phlegm dampness was closely correlated with the increases of total cho-lesterol,high blood uric acid and fasting blood glucose;and damp heat and gentleness types were closely correlated with the increase of three acyl glycerin.Phlegm dampness was correlated with deficiency in spleen,stomach,lung,kidney and bladder meridians.Damp heat was correlated with the empirical in pericardium,small intestine,bladder,spleen meridian and gallbladder.Conclusion Damp heat and phlegm are differed in both metabolic parameters and actual measurement point conductivity distribution, it provides a reference for research, intervention and identification of diseases related to these two kinds of constitution.关键词
